Multi functional buildings, from your own Garden Artist Studio, Home Office, Commercial Building or Village Hall. All buildings can be made to Planning/Building Regulations Approval. We can make a variety of designs and specifications to suit your needs.
Village Hall
Bespoke, hand crafted Village Hall. This unique building, boasts commercially fitted kitchen, separate toilets, storage area and clear span function room. The building is finished outside with a full length verandah. Fully up-to Planning and Building Regulation Approval.
Garden Office
Bespoke Garden Office approximate size 10’ x 10’. This uinque office is clad with 19mm Shiplap cladding, fully insulated and lined. The windows are joinery type with double glazed units. This building has the benefit of tri-fold doors, to maximise light also to benefit from the wonderful view of the garden. With this type of building, a variety of roofing materials could be used.
Feature Oak Office
Feature oak truss commercial office. Clad with treated Shiplap (ex 25mm), fully lined and insulated thoughout. Windows and doors are of a joinery type, fitted with double glazed units. Specifically requested by our Client to have an oak feature on the frontage.
Restaurant
This unique totally handcrafted building was designed for use as a restaurant. The building boasts of a fully commercial fitted kitchen, toilets and restaurant area. Loglap clad, fully insulated and lined with plasterboard and skim. Inside the building the roof is of a traditional 'cut roof' design with vaulted ceilings inside.
Fully Insulated Office
Very smart 10’ x 12’ Office. Softwood framed, fully insulated and plasterboarded inside. clad with 19mm (after machining) Shiplap cladding. Joinery windows - double glazed. The door is of Joinery type complete with security `Yale` lock. The roof inside has been fully insulated and lined and covered with a clay tile. As usual, a variety of materials can be employed.
