Our accommodation and chalet buildings feature...
Frame
The main frame will consist of 4" X 2" treated softwood, 9mm OSB, breathable membrane, 2" X 1" treated softwood battens and finished with either a 6" treated Loglap or ex 25mm X 125mm treated Shiplap
Floor
The floor structure will consist 6" X 2" treated softwood floor joists, 2" X 1" batten, 80mm of Celotex, 22mm moisture resistant chipboard.
Roof
The roof will be of a traditional cut roof design, with 6" X 2" treated softwood rafters, 8" X 1" ridge, Shiplap soffit, 8" X 1" fascia, 18mm OSB, underlay and finished with felt shingles
Door
Doors, frames, handles and hinges will be supplied and fitted. The porch will be constructed in the same design - in keeping with the main construction.
Windows
Windows are joinery type, complete with double glazed units
Options
Optional Extras: Loglap, Porch, PVC windows and doors, Oak Framed, 8” Featheredge Board, 0.7mm plastic coated box profile tin roof, Natural slate, Clay tiles, Bi-fold doors, Ply lining, Skirting boards and window cills
