Our made to order offices feature...

• The floor will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood bearers, 4” x 2” treated softwood floor joists, infilled with 80mm of Celotex Insulation and finished with 22mm moisture resistant chipboard covering
• The main frame will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood, membrane, 9mm OSB, 2” x 1” treated softwood battens and clad with ex 25mm x 125mm treated Shiplap
• The roof will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood frame, 18mm OSB board and finished with Green Mineral Felt
• Doors will consist, of joinery type and Double Glazed.
• Windows, will consist of joinery type and Double Glazed.
• Optional extras: Log lap or 8” featheredge board cladding, Roof coverings, 0.7mm plastic coated box profile tin, Felt Singles, Cedar Shingles, Natural Slate or Tiles, Internal Partitions
• Optional Extras: Insulation, Ply lining or plasterboard, Skirting boards and window cills, PVC Windows and Doors
