Oak Framed Garages

Our oak framed garages feature...

The main frame will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood, lined with 9mm OSB, breathable membrane and 2” x 1” batten and clad with ex 25mm x 125mm treated Shiplap
The frontage of your building, will consist of 6” x 6” upright green oak posts, complete with 6” x 6” green oak header and fixed to the ground with 19mm stainless steel pins
All joints will be hand mortised, pegged and tennoned
Doors are made of treated softwood doors,(to match the cladding), complete with galvanised ironmongery
The roof will consist of trusses, 4” x 2” treated softwood purlins, 8” x 1” treated softwood fascia and soffits
The roof will be topped with a 0.7mm plastic, coated box profile Tin, complete with drip stop underneath
We can advise/produce your base
Optional extras: Cladding in Douglas Fir or 8” featheredge board, Natural Slates, Clay Tiles, Double Glazed Windows
Optional extras: Lindab metal guttering, Mezzanine floor, Internal partitions, Insulation, Ply lining

Garages and Workshops

Our garages and workshops feature...

The main frame, will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood, lined with sisal kraft and clad with ex 25mm x 125mm treated Shiplap
The front will consist of 6” x 6” treated softwood posts, concreted into the ground
Doors will be fully ledged and braced and come complete with galvanised ironmongery
Windows are fixed type and hand glazed with 4mm float glass
The roof will consist of 6” x 2” header, 3no., treated softwood trusses, 4” x 2” treated softwood purlins, 8” x 1” fascia and covered in 0.7mm plastic coated box profile tin, complete with drip stop
Guttering will be black half round type
Optional extras: Cladding in 8” featheredge board, Natural slate roof covering, Tile roof covering, Oak frame, Lindab metal guttering, Insulation, Ply lining, Velux rooflights
