Floor
The floor joists will be of 21/2” x 11/2” treated softwood and covered with 15mm treated ply. The bearers will consist of 21/2” x 11/2” treated softwood
Frame
The main frame will consist of 3” x 2” treated PSE, lined with a membrane and clad with ex 25mm x 125mm treated Shiplap
Roof
The roof will of of a ‘cut roof’ design and covered with 18mm OSB and topped with a green mineral felt
Door
Doors will be made with 3” x 2” treated PSE and glazed with 4mm float glass
Window
Windows will also be made with 3” x 2” treated PSE and glazed with 4mm float glass
Options
Cladding in treated Loglap, Cladding in Western Red Cedar, Double Glazed joinery doors and windows in wood or PVC, 4mm toughened glass, Leaded glass (Diamond or Georgian), Felt boarded roof, Felt shingles, Cedar shingles, Slate or Tiles, Painted in Thorndown Wood Paints
