Frame
The main frame will consist of 4” x 2” treated softwood, lined with 9mm OSB, breathable membrane and 2” x 1” batten and clad with ex 25mm x 125mm treated Shiplap
Front
The frontage of your building, will consist of 6” x 6” upright green oak posts, complete with 6” x 6” green oak header and fixed to the ground with 19mm stainless steel pins
Joints
All joints will be hand mortised, pegged and tennoned
Door
Doors are made of treated softwood doors,(to match the cladding), complete with galvanised ironmongery
Roof
The roof will consist of trusses, 4” x 2” treated softwood purlins, 8” x 1” treated softwood fascia and soffits. Topped with a 0.7mm plastic, coated box profile Tin, complete with drip stop underneath.
Options
Cladding in Douglas Fir or 8” featheredge board. Natural Slates. Clay Tiles. Double Glazed Windows. Lindab metal guttering. Mezzanine floor. Internal partitions. Insulation. Ply lining. We can advise/produce your base.
